Almost all musculoskeletal disorders, from the shoulder to the knee, to the neck and low back, are aggravated by poor posture. Exercise alone is usually not sufficient to eliminate your pain without learning to maintain your improvement and prevent recurrence through good posture.
Good posture has the following benefits:
- Reduces pain
- Reduces headaches related to the neck
- Is one of the major factors in preventing recurrence
- Improves breathing
- Improves appearance
