Understanding Spine Pain
Our assessment process will find out
what is provoking the pain,
help you find the pain-relieving exercises, teach you to change the postures that are causing the problem.
Your McKenzie trained therapist will ask you a series of questions to find out what provokes and relieves the pain. If pain relieving exercises are found, you will learn to do these exercises at home to eliminate your own pain.
- Does your neck hurt the longer you sit at your computer?
- Do you wake up with headaches?
- Do you have pain after using your IPad in bed?
- Do you get back pain anytime you sit for a while?
- Is your standing or walking limited because of pain going down your leg?
We will not just be looking for short-term relief, we will be looking to prevent recurrence!
